James Koustas
Executive Chairman -
Mr. Koustas has successfully led Fighting Bull Technologies, LLC and Fighting Bull Broadcast Technologies Ltd. for 6 years. He built the FBBT team, and managed the company's licensing, contracting, finance, legal, personnel, sales, marketing, and other business operations. The ongoing relationship between the companies, financing, and strategic relationships remain his focus. Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Koustas built a successful business in Winter Park, Colorado. He earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Denver in philosophy and fine arts.
Alan Hoggarth
Director of Sales & Marketing - Mr Hoggarth has recently joined the company as Director of Sales and Marketing. Mr Hoggarth, a broadcast industry figure, joins from the highly successful Omneon where he played a major role in the company achieving its success. Mr Hoggarth was responsible for establishing Omneon’s international operation in 1999 and held two principal positions with the company over the following seven-year period, most recently as VP Business and Sales Development
EMEA prior to that.
Gary Anderson
Head of Software Development - Mr Anderson has over 20 years experience in software development and solutions architecture. Having started his career with Gallaher Limited as a junior programmer in 1980 he progressed to the position of Systems Architect, whereupon he moved to Parity Solutions as a Senior Project Manager responsible for multiple project teams, developing bespoke systems for Manufacturing, Healthcare and Telecoms. Prior to joining Fighting Bull in February 2005, Mr Anderson had been running a successful freelance consultancy company since November 1998, specialising in the telecommunications industry. Mr Anderson is a qualified AIX/UNIX Systems Administrator and an Oracle Certified Professional (DBA Track).
Dr John MacRae
BBC Collaboration Manager -
Dr. MacRae has fifteen years experience in the software and new technology industries. He completed his PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Aberdeen in 1989 with sponsorship from the UK Defense Research Agency. He then worked as a consultant in the Northern Ireland Government's Institute of Software Engineering, focusing on software development methodologies and especially the reverse engineering of existing software. He went on to found Pixel Page Publishing Limited as a multimedia developer and publisher, and has instigated and managed a number of successful and award-winning Pixel Page projects. Dr. MacRae's degrees include: BSc Microelectronic Systems (1st class honors), July 1985; PhD University of Aberdeen, 1989; and, MBA University of Ulster 1992
