Matador™ visualises the equipment and network used by media companies to produce, play-out and transmit programs. This improves reliability and reduces operating costs.

Strategy
FBBT's strategy is to apply the concept of OSS as developed and utilized by the telecommunications industry for more than 15 years to media now that media networks and business models are beginning to resemble those of the telecommunications industry.
Mounting pressure on operators to incorporate and manage bi-directional IT equipment, previously unseen in broadcasting, to launch and maintain new interactive and digital services has driven costs and complexity.
The telecommunications OSS model has provided more than 15 years of experience addressing these issues and complies with media standards.
